WSO2 stoped providing paid contributors to Stratos community

Hi Devs,

As you may all know, last 3 years or so, WSO2 invested heavily to build
Stratos community. But going forward WSO2 will not investing ( giving paid
contributors ) any more on Stratos.

But Stratos PMC will strong enough to take the project next step. But it
defiantly affect to the contributions, since no full time contributors
available, as I believed.
