   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   This PR adds the possibility to add a FlinkKafkaPartitioner to a Kafka table sink factory. It povides shortcuts for the built-in "fixed" and "round-robin" partitioning.
   
   ## Brief change log
   
   - Added partitioning to Kafka table sink and subclasses
   - Updated descriptor
   - Updated factory and corresponding test
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   This change is already covered by existing tests.
   
   ## Does this pull request potentially affect one of the following parts:
