Tutorial

I'm new to Tapestry and have some questions regarding the Tutorial.
I am aware of the book that is in the works. The tutorial says that it
is extremely out of date.
How much does the Tutorial differs from the new distribution? Has
Tapestry changed drastically since the tutorial was written? If so is
there any docs on the things that have changed?

I'm looking forward to the book, but I can't wait until is out.

Thanks

Arnaldo

No, I can't :-(.

When I try to edit the TapestryResources page it ask me for UserId and
Password. How can I get it?

Hi Arnaldo

If you can speak Spanish (reading your name I think so) my final degree
project can be useful for you. It's written in Spanish and it has a small
Tapestry tutorial. It's based on the "Tapestry User's Guide" and "Tapestry
Developer's Guide" updated for 3.0. You can download it from here:
http://ciberia.ya.com/juriver/Tapestry/pfc.html

I hope this helps.

    Julio.

Arnaldo,

If you followed the link Harish posted in this thread to the Tapestry
Resources page
(http://tapestry.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/TapestryResources), you
will have seen that Kevin C. Dorff has updated the tapestry tutorial for
the current Tapestry release:

http://dorffweb.com/index.htm?page=taptutorial

I have been finding it useful. Thanks Kevin.

cheers,
James
