org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file with xerces-j-2.6.2

Hi, I am getting an exception when axis1.2 is trying to parse (not even
validating) xml data when I upgraded to xerces-j-2.6.2 (2/27/04) !

My XML data includes namespaces. if I include attributes for the
elements, it exceptions out. e.g.
<myNS:qry id="1" xmlns:myNS="uri">
