Sounds interesting. But what things are you refering too?
For myself I can think of two:
- copyright plugin
- unittest plugin

Thanks, yes, that seems to be the way to go - now I need to find out if the maven plugin for IDEA has a way to set this up to happen automatically on startup or on demand.

The goal for me is to create an IDEA config which will bootstrap maven and "do the right thing" without developers needing to do more than get the source tree and install IDEA.
