## Description ##
On a recent PR of mine and in other PRs, I'm seeing sporadic windows-gpu job failures, which I mentioned awhile ago in https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/issues/20914 . I suspect now an issue with tempfile.TemporaryDirectory() on Windows. This PR starts with a non-functional commit to show that master is suffering this problem. I may further develop a work-around.

All tests are already queued to run once. If tests fail, you can trigger one or more tests again with the following commands:
- To trigger all jobs: @mxnet-bot run ci [all]
- To trigger specific jobs: @mxnet-bot run ci [job1, job2]

**CI supported jobs**: [windows-cpu, miscellaneous, centos-cpu, windows-gpu, clang, unix-cpu, unix-gpu, website, edge, centos-gpu, sanity]

_Note_:
Only following 3 categories can trigger CI :PR Author, MXNet Committer, Jenkins Admin.
All CI tests must pass before the PR can be merged.
