bogus attribution in license
the james license states that:
Portions of this software are based upon public domain software
originally written at the National Center for Supercomputing
Applications,
University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
but this is not true.
I suggest you to fix this.

This was taken care of when applying the Apache Software License v2 to CVS.
I did not want you to think that your comment had been ignored. I was just
waiting for the new license to be approved so that it could all be done in
one shot.
