Hypertable Hive Connector

Hi,

The Hypertable Hive storage handler is included in the latest release of
Hypertable <http://hypertable.org/download.html>. Documentation can be found
here <http://code.google.com/p/hypertable/wiki/HiveExtension>. I'd like to
thank the Hive development team for their excellent work and John Sichi in
particular for all his help and advice.

Looking forward to feedback and further development.
