Package name for synthetic, serialize, trax

Hi,

Is it possible to move the 3 top-level packages into apache and org ?
( like org.apache.synthetic, org.trax and org.apache.serialize )

Alternatives: org.apache.util.synthetic, org.apache.util.serialize

This is the naming convention used in many projects ( I know it's just a
name  :-).
