In some cases the following error is uncaught and the portal fails to load:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'applications' of undefined
Usergrid.Client.parseApplicationsArray @ usergrid-libs.min.js:14
(anonymous function) @ usergrid-libs.min.js:14
Usergrid.Client.request.xhr.onload @ usergrid-libs.min.js:13
