New contributors file to recognise contributors in releases

Hi,

We decide to add a contributors file to future releases listing everyne who helped out with that release, that mostly having bugs fixed in that release or testing and voting in the release candidate.

The file for the SDK can be found here:
https://github.com/apache/flex-sdk/blob/develop/CONTRIBITORS

Congratulations if your name is listed and thanks for the time and effort you put in to make these release happen. All up that about 160 people has contributed to the these releases. If you think we've missed you please get in touch and we'll fix it.

Many other people have also contributed in other ways to the Apache Flex project by helping out on the mailing list, maintaining the website, adding and editing wiki content, raising bugs in JIRA, and with many other tasks, we just working out a way to recognise those people as well.

Thanks,
Justin
