user language setting

Can anybody help me answer this question:
Does Cloudstack remember the users preferred language (as in UI language) at successive logins (after they set it the first time)

If so , how does that work? - is it stored with the account in the DB or is it a cookie or is it some other dark science ?
Thanks, in advance, for any guidance

Kind Regards
Giles

as far as my little testing goes, Yes. So if you switch to russian then all language choices will now be in Russian , so switching back to english will take some guess work
