### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.
It does seem that the [wheel-manylinux2014-cp37-arm64](https://github.com/ursacomputing/crossbow/actions/runs/4665530910/jobs/8259018475) job failed due to timeout: `3h 6m 35s`
Those jobs are run on the self-hosted ARM linux. `Runner name: 'k8s-runners-linux-arm-md8kr-wq4hm'`
We'll try to increase the pods size on the k8s solution and see how it behaves.

We doubled CPU and memory for the ARM runners on crossbow and the build time was decreased considerable, see: https://github.com/ursacomputing/crossbow/actions/runs/4777354272/jobs/8493016319
