The rule 
  header __NMS_CGI_NOT_BUGGY      X-Mailer =~ /^NMS FormMail\.pl.*v\d/
no longer matches the modern NMS FormMail versions. The most modern version of
FormMail, found
http://nms-cgi.sourceforge.net/formmail_compat-3.12c1/FormMail.pl you can see at
(approximately) line 3235 the version string is "NMS FormMail 3.12c1". This is
missing the "v" and the ".pl".

This means that any NMS form mail gets matched as BUGGY_CGI and the appropriate
score added.

I am informing the NMS team of this issue concurrently. I recommend that NMS
change their version structure, and SA accepts both formats.
