Log4j for Perl - A Tutorial

Hey there,

as you might know, the Log4perl team has released a Perl port log4j -- and to 
better spread the news on how useful log4j is, I've written up a tutorial, 
which should be of interest not only to Perl programmers, but to log4j 
enthusiasts in general, because it focuses on generic log4j issues and shows
