Currently [Camel Azure Storage Blob|https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/master/components/camel-azure-storage-blob/src/main/docs/azure-storage-blob-component.adoc] has a comprehensive configurations options dynamically through Camel Headers. However, some of these headers configurations, would also make sense to have as well in the component/endpoint configurations in order to reduce the overhead. For example {{CamelAzureStorageBlobCreatePageBlob}} and {{CamelAzureStorageBlobCreateAppendBlob}} headers, it would also make sense to have them as component/endpoint configs,
