When Ignite is packaged to war and run on JBoss IgniteUtils#resolveProjectHome() throws IllegalArgumentException when trying to convert URL like vfs:/C:/Users/foo/foo-ear.ear/bar.war/WEB-INF/lib/ignite-core-1.3.1.jar to java.io.File.
