[users@httpd] Failed to get bucket brigade

Hi,

I have problem with my server. My error log file get filled by this
message:

[Mon Mar 15 08:51:57 2004] [error] [client 211.128.XX.XX] failed to get
bucket brigade: 70014:End of file found, referer:
http://domain.com/edit_photo.pl

There are thousands of them, and they fill up the error log. Usually the
server's load will go up very high, and the only way to restore it is to
restart httpd. I don't have any idea on what is happening. The
edit_photo.pl is a script to upload a photo to web server, and resize
the photo with GD. I don't know how to reproduce this as well. Can it be
an attack? Anyone has any hint? 

My env:
httpd-2.0.48-1.2
mod_perl-1.99_12-2

I use mod_proxy server on port 80 to redirect all dynamic requests to
mod_perl server on poer 8080. Please help.
