delete webapp project
Hi Mr.wu： I have a question for skywalking;
My company is using skywalking and I'm trying to remould it，now I wanna delete the submodule project WEBAPP for separating web application and
the back-end service，What's wrong with that？

Hi Kyle
Your email format is crazy broken, it is very hard to read. You could see
that in my reply.
As an open source project, you could remove anything you want, but you
should know, the UI codes are hosting in the webapp, if you don't need it,
you could remove it.
