heads up: including YARN-656 in 2.1.0-beta

As we're close to releasing, just wanted to give a heads up that I'm
including YARN-656 in 2.1.0-beta. It fixes the memory total reported on the
RM web UI to not include reserved memory.

I'll commit tomorrow if there are no objections.
