   Thank you for your response. I understand that you have merged support for salesforce sinks into camel-kamelets - that is awesome! When do you think, this will be available in the kafka-connector?
   
   With regards to the split of sinks, I have a few questions:
   - Does that mean, I need a separate sink for adding, updating and deleting an item?
   - If so, how would that translate into the kafka world? To me, it sounds like I would need separate topics for each of the sinks, but that will lead to ordering problems of successive create, update and delete.
   - Is there a way to combine them into one sink?
