Help Basedir Error

Hi Guys,

Im trying to setup tomcat 5 on Fedora Core 3 and I keep on having this
BASEDIR error...

[sandman@richard ~]$ env | grep CATALINA
CATALINA_HOME=/home/sandman/jakarta-tomcat-5.0.28
CATALINA_BASE=/home/sandman/jakarta-tomcat-5.0.28
[sandman@richard ~]$ $CATALINA_HOME/bin/startup.sh
The BASEDIR environment variable is not defined correctly
This environment variable is needed to run this program
[sandman@richard ~]$

Please help...
