JumpStart v1.3 is now available - Web Flows

Tapestry JumpStart v1.3 is now available.  This version adds:

	* Example of Web Flow And Wizards
	  - demonstrates how Tapestry makes web flow a breeze.  No XML or  
additional frameworks required!

	* Example of Web Flow With Random Navigation.  Includes techniques for:
	  - setting default focus
	  - setting default button
