There is a number of serious companies which have names including "4you" and
thus use domain names such as xyz4you.tld. Those companies are discriminated by
the URI_4YOU rule.

Yes, *rules*. Also, within your minor version only, which is 3.1.x in your
case. sa-update does NOT update the entire core code. Even when using
sa-update, it is recommended to update to the latest stable version anyway,
cause that's the only sane and safe way to benefit from code fixes and
enhancements.
sa-update fixicates rules only. If and only if there is a need for it, and some
developer got the time to push it out. Please keep in mind there's been a lot
of new rules, some with code, to 3.2.x and a full GA run. You can't just
backport the entire stock rules and score changes.
You seriously should consider upgrading to 3.2.5. sa-update can't and won't do
that for you.

Uhm... they aren't part of 3.2.x. So unless I missed something, that "next
release" is long out.

we do a nightly sa-update. Shouldn't that make sure our rules are kept up to
date?
