Summer of code project ideas

Hello. Is https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAHOUT-621 the only
possible student project for GSoC 2011?
Hope it's not. I'm a student and I have some ideas about what I could
contribute, so where it's better to propose the ideas?
