I've been seeing this again especially when running the selenium tests

Hi Marica,

I think it's best to leave the original issue resolved and the release notes
intact and create a new issue, linking back to this one for a hint at the
solution. At this point I'm not sure if it's a regression, something only
partially fixed, or a problem that wasn't actually fixed at all :)
