when deploying and undeploying a lot of related apps without restarting geronimo, sometimes the deploy of the 2nd app fails. The 2nd app deploys fine if geronimo is restarted in between.

Description: The TargetModuleID returned from a ProgressObject has quotes around the moduleID whereas the TargetModuleID returned by listing modules doesn't. This causes equality comparisons to break. This is causing TCK problems. (was: when deploying and undeploying a lot of related apps without restarting geronimo, sometimes the deploy of the 2nd app fails. The 2nd app deploys fine if geronimo is restarted in between. )
