Missing mass-check submissions for 2011-09-24

I see there are no bb corpora (where the user uploads emails and some SA
thing runs mass-check). I feel like I saw somebody mention that broke, but
can't remember what it's called and haven't found the email yet.
I emailed dos and messaged nbebout on IRC.

Jari Fredriksson saw the issue as well I think on 9.23
