FTPServer set chinese directory unsuccessful

How can i set the ftp chinese root directory,like:ftpserver.user.anonymous.homedirectory=d:/中文目录

I  find it's can't success,and the english dirctory success.ftpserver.user.anonymous.homedirectory=d:/chinese directory

What's the method by modify the sources code or other?
