a bouncing email when posting to the list

Whenever I post a message to the list I'm getting a bounce
like

Yup. I believe it's the fault of Lempinen Sami (NET/Tampere) <sa...@nokia.com>

If someone appropriate would like to let him know, I'm sure we'd all be
