[jira] [Created] (AIRFLOW-3678) When you re-run "airflow resetdb" on a Postgres DB already initialized, resetdb fails

Jarek Potiuk created AIRFLOW-3678:
-------------------------------------

Summary: When you re-run "airflow resetdb" on a Postgres DB already initialized, resetdb fails
                 Key: AIRFLOW-3678
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRFLOW-3678
             Project: Apache Airflow
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Jarek Potiuk

When you re-run "airflow resetdb" on a Postgres DB which has already been initialized before, the reset process fails with "dag_stats_table already exists". There is no checking if the dag_stats_table is already created (as it is for other migration scripts of Alembic)
