------------------------------------
Summary: The IgnoreCommitOptimizeUpdateProcessor blocks commit requests from replicas needing to recover.
Key: SOLR-7266
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-7266
Project: Solr
Issue Type: Bug
Components: SolrCloud
Reporter: Timothy Potter
Assignee: Timothy Potter
The IgnoreCommitOptimizeUpdateProcessor introduced in SOLR-6761 prevents replicas from requesting the leader to commit during recovery. The processor should allow commit requests to pass through if the DistributedUpdateProcessor.COMMIT_END_POINT parameter == true.
