I agree that it is a bug, but it will require testing on a variety
of browsers.  I say we fix it just after 1.2b5 and test it then.

Wasn't it left that way so that we'd one day use "Content-Location" to
do the job properly ? (not that it will or is worth waiting any longer for).

BTW, I asked a Mozilla developer if there were any plans to support
"Content-Location" in 4.0 and he said their security experts won't
approve it because of the spoofing problems. Sigh.
