any idea about navigation pane

hi
how could i use navigation pane for tabbed view 
i have index.jspx like

				<tr:navigationPane hint="tabs" >
					<tr:commandNavigationItem text="Simple"
action="#{pageDirect.sendsimple}" destination="page1.jspx"
partialSubmit="true" partialTriggers="rndpage" immediate="true"/>

action="#{pageDirect.sendtable}"/>
					<tr:commandNavigationItem text="dojotest"

			</ui:define>
	
can i use tr:page for partial submit for achieve my aim to show tabbed view
of different page
