### What happened
While running the migrations i got this error: "Error 1091: Can't DROP 'deployment_id'; check that column/key exists"
### What do you expect to happen
Smooth migration
### How to reproduce
I have not clue how to reproduce this error. Was calling "devlake-lake" with endpoint "/proceed-db-migration" and got this error.
### Anything else
This happens everytime i try to make the migration.

v0.16.0

@mattias-pedersen can you share a screenshot of _devlake_migration_history in mysql? Or can you check if there is a record whose script_name is `modify tables for dora`
