Need support with access to JIRA and Apache WIKI
Hello DLab mentors,
I’d like to request your support helping us to obtains needed privileges to proceed migrating tasks in JIRA as well as creating DLab WIKI Apache side.
1. JIRA: we already have access to JIRA have no privileges creating sprints and agile board in it.
2. Speaking of Apache WIKI, we don’t have access to create and maintain knowledgebase.
Could you please assist?
Thanks.

This is exactly what I'm saying: open a ticket for INFRA project and request needed permissions to be granted to someone on the PPMC.

Thanks for response, Cos __
We can created tickets, but we can't start a sprint and create Kanban/SCRUM boards - buttons are simply disabled.
Usually this is fixed by granting Administrative privileges in JIRA.
I am wondering if any of the mentors can create sprints/boards in JIRA? And thus providing my corresponding permissions.
Here is the link I am using to create a board: https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ManageRapidViews.jspa
Here is the error I am getting:
Error
You do not have permission to share. All shares are invalid.
The user 'Dmytro Liaskovskyi' does not have permission to share. The owner has not been changed.

Hi Dmytro.
I'm free from my laptop, but I think you can go ahead and file tickets for INFRA for all of above. At least, I don't know of any other way.
