According to J2SE API specifications of javax.management.modelmbean.ModelMBeanAttributeInfo, constructor javax.management.modelmbean.ModelMBeanAttributeInfo(String,String,String,boolean,boolean,boolean,Descriptor) throws
RuntimeOperationsException - Wraps an IllegalArgumentException.  If the descriptor is invalid, or descriptor field "name" is not equal to name parameter, or descriptor field "DescriptorType" is not equal to "attribute". 
RI throws for ModelMBeanAttributeInfo("str", "str", "str", false, false, true, null) IllegalArgumentException: Cannot have an "is" getter for a non-readable attribute. Harmony implementation does not throw the exception in this case.
