New Spec

Hi Guys

I need to know few things about our transition towards the new spec. Will it
be transition like from henceforth fop implements this new spec. Or it would
be incremental trasition. This is important because let's say someone wants
to add a fo-object, what should he do follow the obsolete spec or new spec.
