Running MCF 1.5.1 build available on people.apache.org

I've built the 1.5 branch with the selected pulled-up fixes from trunk.  I
intend to update this periodically as new tickets get pulled up, so this is
NOT yet a final 1.5.1 RC.  You can find the artifact at:

http://people.apache.org/~kwright/apache-manifoldcf-1.5.1

Please let me know of any difficulties.
