+1 to graduate.

On a related note, it would be better if WS* became a single project
with a bunch of subdirectories instead of many small projects with
the same committers. If the subprojects were diverse then I would
support separate PMCs and a Web Services federation, but I don't see
that happening soon, so would prefer that webservices behave more
like a single project than an umbrella. But that's just my opinion.

Sounds like you are forgetting that the actual content on
people.apache.org is being rsynced to the main web server
at four-hourly intervals. Sander sent email to all committers
in late March.

Hi David,

For some reason it takes a considerable amount of time for website updates
to "take." I'm guessing that either the Web server caching isn't working
right or there's some sort of transparent mirroring of the content
happening that isn't instantaneous. At the time Dims sent his email,
recent updates to the status files were not yet being reflected at the
actual URLs.

Why don't you refer to the actual website?
e.g. http://incubator.apache.org/projects/apollo.html
