[I] Code is loading and never shown [airflow]

   After upgrading to Airflow 3.2.1, the DAG code is not loading:

   Same goes for Default Args and Params in Details tab:

   This worked in Airflow 3.1.8.

   Thank you for raising the issue - not only that but we cannot trigger a DAG with parameters anymore as well. See the loading state here below.

   The reason might be the loader.js which tries to fetch https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/monaco-editor@0.52.2/min/vs/loader.js but fails because of air-gapped environment.
   
   We need this bundled.
