[GitHub] beam pull request #2341: Refers to NeedsRunner in javadoc of TestPipeline

    Refers to NeedsRunner in javadoc of TestPipeline

    This is more correct than referring to ValidatesRunner,
    since NeedsRunner is the far more common use case for end-users,
    and ValidatesRunner is its special case.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
