It appears some Windows phone are using a User Agent that weinre doesn't catch. {{"MSIE"}} and now {{"IEMobile"}} as well.

There's a check for just {{"MSIE"}} in the file {{weinre.web/modules/weinre/common/HookLib.coffee}}
