Support for admin level commands to OpenStack or other cloud providers

Is there a plan to support admin level configuration  via libcloud to
OpenStack etc?
AFAIK currently we cannot use Libcloud to say create a new flavor in
OpenStack.

Hi Jacob,

For reference libcloud aims to be a consumer interface to clouds. Any
administrative scopes are not it's niche.
