   最暴力的方法。        
   RpcContext.getContext().setObjectAttachment(CommonConstants.TIMEOUT_KEY, xxxxx);
           try {
           	// 
           } finally {
               RpcContext.getContext().removeAttachment(CommonConstants.TIMEOUT_KEY);
           }
   
   
   或者
   ReferenceBuilder.timeout(xxx)
   这个缺点是 不好动态更新。
