I work for Airbus france and need the ECCN ( Export Control Classification
Number) for the  COTS software embedded bellow:

Name Version

Qpid-Java-Client 0.16

Did you check the ECCN list (Apache Ant is there):
https://www.apache.org/licenses/exports/
