Flume (NG) 1.0.0 RC 2

All:

All the issues reported with RC1 should now be fixed (and then some)! I've
cut RC2. Again, all feedback welcome and greatly appreciated.

I've verified the sigs, md5sum, run a few configs, transfered some data,
and even used the avro-client tool. I also updated the getting started
