how do i specify which producer to use?

When i write
<?cocoon-process type = "xslt"?> goes it to the default producer? How would 
I be able to specify another producer?

The default producer is in your Cocoon.properties, others can be
specified by adding '?producer=<your-producer-here>' to the URL
of the document.
