   Check to make sure AccumuloRowInputFormat.setInputTableName(JobConf, tableName) is called.  I suspect this is why the tableConfig is null.  That method we were looking at will fall back and call getDefaultInputTableConfig() which will just get the config using the tableName set in that static method.  Looking at our tests, it seems to do this for everything.  The 4 methods we require to be set are listed [here](https://github.com/apache/accumulo/blob/1.9/core/src/main/java/org/apache/accumulo/core/client/mapred/AccumuloRowInputFormat.java#L53).
