Hi Chris,
Thanks for your return. It was appreciate to understand the situation.
Yes 78.234.239.30 is the office ip for Néréide, and sadly I don't found any reason for the excessive traffic. We are only 8 contributers on Apache OFBiz project here and without automation.
But in this case, it's a lucky for us to force all people to use own internal gitlab linked to the apache git for minimize own impact on apache infra.
It's just intrusive for commit on the svn repo :)
Can you remove this ip from the backlist the next month ? the time that I'm sure all people use gitlab.
